"My Groovy Designs" actually started out as an innocent phone conversation with a very good friend, who is also a national designer, artist, and teacher. We were discussing design creation in conjunction with web presence, and I laughingly stated, "Ok, ...so let say we put this design on a website called, let's say... 'mygroovydesigns.com', ...

At this point she pauses (I can see her eyes rolling!) and states, "Yeah, alright 'mygroovydesigns', and so now about this design...

From this point on, I couldn't get the name out of my head. Wouldn't it be great to have a website that allowed others to showcase their "groovy" designs! Thus the birth of a new site where others can have web presence without all the maintenance and hassle.
